The raw material quality of bamboo charcoal is very strict. All bamboos can form bamboo charcoal after 800 degree high temperature smoke drying and carbonization process, and all have strong adsorption and decomposition ability, moisture absorption and drying, deodorization, antibacterial and negative ion penetration. Wait for performance. The surface area of bamboo charcoal fired by different bamboo raw materials is not the same. A better one may reach 700 square meters per gram, while the average is only 300 square meters per gram. Selecting high-quality raw materials such as Mengxi Bamboo and Guizhu in Taiwan, the surface area is larger, that is, the pores in the bamboo carbon structure are more, the mineral content is more abundant, and the adsorption capacity is stronger.

The selected bamboo charcoal becomes the guarantee for the fabric to exert its functionality. The adsorption of bamboo carbon makes the fabric hygroscopic and not dry; the microorganisms adsorbed by the pores can decompose harmful substances; the pyrolyzed bamboo carbon can release far infrared rays and produce a health care effect.

Despite these limitations, carbon fiber composites continue to be widely used and researched due to their exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and other desirable properties. Ongoing advancements in manufacturing techniques and material development are expected to further improve the performance and reduce the cost of carbon fiber composites in the future.
